BeanBrief ("we") operates this website, beanbrief.xinhangai.com. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
- Signup: your email address, and optionally your role and the plan you're interested in, stored in our Cloudflare account.
- Paid subscriptions: our merchant of record (Creem) processes your payment details; we receive your email, plan and subscription status — never your card number.
- Technical logs: our host (Cloudflare Pages) may process IP address, browser and request data to deliver and secure the site.
- We do not use advertising cookies. If we add privacy-friendly analytics later, this policy will be updated.
Why we use it
To send you the emails you asked for (weekly digest, release briefs, account notices), to understand which plans readers want, and to keep the site secure. Legal bases (where applicable, e.g. GDPR): your consent and our legitimate interests.
Processors
Hosting and subscriber storage: Cloudflare. Email delivery: Resend. Payments, tax and invoicing: Creem (merchant of record). Each processes data under its own privacy terms.
Retention & your rights
We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. You can request access, correction or deletion at any time by replying to any BeanBrief email. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
Children
BeanBrief is intended for professional adult readers and is not directed at children.
