Refund & Cancellation Policy

For informational purposes only. Not trading or investment advice. This policy applies to the paid BeanBrief plans (Pro and Desk). It is part of our Terms of Use; if anything here differs, this page and the Terms say the same thing and are updated together.
Who processes your payment
Pro and Desk are monthly subscriptions billed in advance in USD. Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record (reseller), which is the seller of record for the payment, handles sales tax/VAT and issues your invoice and receipt.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee:
- use the manage-subscription link in your Creem receipt, or
- email [email protected] from the address you subscribed with and we will cancel it for you.
Cancellation stops future renewals: you will not be charged again after the current billing period ends, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
14-day refund on your first payment
If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund of your first payment for a plan within 14 days of that payment. Email [email protected] with the email address used at checkout (and, if you have it, your Creem order or receipt number). When the refund is issued, the subscription is cancelled and paid access ends.
Renewals and partial periods
Renewal payments and partially used billing periods are not refunded, except where required by applicable law. Cancelling before your next renewal date ensures you are not charged again.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are issued by Creem, as merchant of record, to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
